    The employing department submits job requirements, personnel review, management approval, and confirms recruitment staffing and job requirements.
  • 2. Job posting&resume collection
    Publish recruitment information through multiple channels, integrate and submit resumes, and complete the initial screening of basic information.
  • 3. Initial personnel examination
    Verify job intentions, salary expectations, personal stability, commuting, and comprehensive assessment of basic qualities.
  • 4. Departmental interview
    Professional skills, work experience, job fit, practical ability, and team collaboration assessment.
  • 5. Final management trial
    Final interview for core/management positions to confirm value alignment and employment intention.
  • 6. Salary Confirmation&Employment Payment
    Communicate salary determination, confirm benefits, send formal employment offer, and inform the onboarding instructions.
  • 7. Onboarding process&probationary period assessment
    Data review, contract signing, pre job training, probationary period stage assessment, and formal probation after passing.
